Cooperation with our Clients in the area of controlling, supervision and execution of claim settlement proceedings begins even before the occurrence of a random event. Immediately after implementation of the insurance program we develop appropriate security procedures and train relevant personnel of the Insured. Preventive actions contribute to improving safety and, in the event of a damage, smooth operation under established procedures.
We monitor every damage from the stage of documentation completing till the end of the process which is obtaining a final decision of the Insurer. Individual steps are recorded in EIB IMS®. The possibility of accessing the on-line system to authorized employees of the Insured allows for easy reference to any damage we settle. Thanks to the adopted solutions, settlement proceedings are conducted in an efficient and controlled manner.
