Especially for capital groups wishing to conduct a coherent and uniform insurance policy extended with elements of crisis management, we have developed the Corporate Insurance Policy Program.
The primary objectives of the Program include:
- - unifying the rules, forms and procedures for insurance services contracting,
- - unification of insurance standards in individual entities forming a capital group,
- - strengthening the negotiating position of the group in the insurance market,
- - organization of rules and procedures for the flow, collection and processing of insurance data for analytical purposes and management decisions,
- - organization of insurance services and the process of claim settlement,
- - increasing the effectiveness of supervisory and control activities.
In conjunction with various IT tools offered by EIB, the Corporate Insurance Policy Program become a useful management tool within a capital group environment
