Rafał Kaszubowski – Chief Executive Officer

has been associated with EIB from the beginning of his professional career; he obtained a broker's license in 1997. President of EIB since 2004. The graduate of the Law Department of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń and postgraduate studies in the field of tax law, as well as postgraduate studies in insurance at WSB Poznań. Chairman of the Professional Ethics Commission of the Polish Association of Insurance and Reinsurers Brokers in the years 2003-2006.Vice President of the Association since 2004. Author and co-author of many insurance programs for leading Polish companies.

Stanisław Friedel – Chief Financial Officer

joined EIB in 1998 as Vice President of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer, obtained broker's license in 1998. The graduate of the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. For several years the chairman of the Audit Committee of the Polish Association of Insurance and Reinsurers Brokers. Author and co-author of group life insurance programs for the largest Polish companies.
