I. The administrator of personal data is EIB S.A. headquartered in Toruń, Jęczmienna 21 entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Toruń, 7th Commercial Division, KRS No 0000050455, tax identification number (NIP) 956-000-74-85

II.The purpose and legal basis of data processing:
1) to order execution in the scope of brokerage operations specified in the relevant provisions on insurance mediation (insurance distribution) if such order was submitted; in that case, the legal basis of data processing is art. 6 par.1 (b), optionally also art. 6 par. 1(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation
2)Conducting the brokerage operations specified in relevant provisions on insurance mediation (insurance distribution) on the commission of an entity, who submitted Your data; in that case, the legal basis of data processing is art. 6 par. 1(b), optionally also art. 6 par. 1(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation
3)Conducting the brokerage operations specified in relevant provisions on insurance mediation (insurance distribution) on the commission of entity, who submitted Your data; only to the extent necessary to establish the existence or non-existence of liability for damage or event occurred, determining the amount and the payment of the compensation or other benefit; in that case, the legal basis of data processing is art. 6 par. 1 (b), optionally also art. 6 par. 1 (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation
4) Conducting the obligations arising from concluded with You mandate contract, work contract, service agreement, sales contract, lease agreement or other agreement that require conducting of documentation on settlements; in that case, the legal basis of data processing is art. 6 par.1 (b), optionally also art. 6 par. 1 (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation
5) Conducting the obligations arising from the contract concluded with the entity, that submitted Your data; in that case, the legal basis of data processing is art. 6 par. 1 (b), optionally also art. 6 par. 1 (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation
6) Marketing of custom services, in particular, offering brokerage services or other services concerning statutory activity including organization of training, conferences, as well as sporting, cultural and science events; in that case, the legal basis of data processing is art. 6 par.1 (b), optionally also art. 6 par. 1 (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation

III. In the cases referred to in point II 2) and 3) above, EIB S.A. shall act as an entity that processes data on behalf of the administrators – objects being the clients of EIB S.A., who entrusted us with the processing of personal data to perform brokerage operations.

IV. Data submission is voluntary but necessary to perform operations commissioned by You or an entity that submitted Your data;

V. You have the right to access to the data and to rectification.

VI. You have the right to request erasure, the right to restrict processing and the right to object to data processing, subject to the restrictions set out in the General Regulation, in particular, because of the need to establish, investigate and defend claims

VII. In the cases referred to in point II 2), 3) and 5) above, you have the right to lodge an objection on grounds related to Your particular situation subject to the exceptions provided for in art. 21 of the General Data Protection Regulation

VIII. In the case referred to in point II. 6) above, You have the right to object data processing for direct marketing purposes, including profiling as long as it is related to direct marketing;

IX.In the cases referred to in point II. 1) and 4) above, You have the right to data transfer;

X. The source of data in the cases referred to in point II. 2), 3), 5) and 6) above, is your employer/principal / other administrators who entrusted us with the processing of your data, as well as websites and public records;

XI. The data may be shared only with entities involved in the achievement of the objectives set in point II, in particular in the cases referred to in points 1), 2) and 3) insurers and entities involved in claim settlement, as well as to external service providers, and in the case indicated in item 6) to entities engaged in the organization of listed events;

XII. Your personal data will not be forwarded to third countries (outside the European Economic Area)

XIII. We do not intend to subject the personal data to automated data processing (including profiling) that could affect your legal position or affect your rights and obligations in any other way;

XIV. In the cases referred to in point II. 1), 2), 3), 4), and 5) above, personal data will be kept for the period necessary for the implementation of the agreement, conducting operations on the commission of you or an entity, who submitted Your data, in particular until the date of the final closing of the matters submitted; in the case specified in point II. 6) data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the indicated purposes;

XV. In the event of an infringement of the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority
