Moreover, the system provides ability to report damages on-line, without the need to confirm it in a paper form. Access to EIB IMS © is secured with SSL encryption after prior verification by the user. EIB IMS © is a fully safe system providing our Clients a complete comfort of use. With its help, the Client not only supervises the process of concluding insurance contracts and settlement of damages but is also given a chance to participate actively in it.
An element which substantially simplifies the process of reporting damages is the mAuto system, by means of which our Clients can easily and inadvertently report a damage from any mobile device (Android, iOS or Windows Phone). This tool is perfect for Clients with large fleet operated in many branches.
Especially for Medical Clients we have prepared our own computer application – “Medical and undesirable events recording” (EZMIN). EZMIN allows our Clients to record, analyze and classify undesirable events. An important feature of the program is the ability to generate relevant reports. In addition, the system supports assessment of recorded undesirable events in terms of severity and probability (based on the safety assessment matrix) and analysis of their source causes, in accordance with the guidelines of the current Quality Monitoring Center and the assumptions for the Quality Act. The program also allows its users to document implemented corrective actions and recommendations for identified irregularities.
IMS Contract Managment is another of the multi-purpose range of tools supporting processes related to broadly understood insuring. This proprietary IT platform improves and organizes the process of reviewing contractor insurance documents for their compliance with contract provisions. Thanks to this tool, a multi-stage acceptance process is easy to manage.
In EIB since 2001, EOD - Electronic Documentation Workflow operates on the basis of individual control of entitlements, so that each broker and Client have access to strictly defined information in accordance with the powers granted.
