When creating insurance programs at our Client’s request, we not only present proposed solutions. We also often provide legal opinions on their admissibility or possible effects, e.g. in the field of tax policy.
As part of activities related to the conclusion of an insurance contract, EIB develops all necessary insurance documentation which includes specific, negotiated insurance conditions.
As part of current administration of an insurance contract, in particular in the event of claims settlement, it is often necessary to interpret provisions of the contract or General Terms and Conditions of Insurance. Any doubts of Clients in this regard are resolved in direct conversations, by providing written explanations and extensive legal opinions. EIB advisers also cooperate with the leading insurance law authorities in Poland.
Under advisory services, we conduct constant monitoring of legislation, not only in the field of insurance law, but also broadly understood civil, economic, tax and other law branches related to insurance and activities of our Clients.
As part of our contract management activities, our services go beyond the contracts concluded with our help. We also provide advice on "external" insurance contracts which may affect the legal standing of our Clients, such as insurance contracts submitted by building contractors or contractors in terms of civil and warranty, etc.
